These two custom filter rules extend Gramps with more precise handling of biological and non-birth child relationships.
They can be installed and used independently. They are also used by several guides on this website, including ProfileTag and the GEDCOM filter.
Common Biological Ancestor
Find people who share a biological ancestor with a selected person while following only parent relationships recorded as Birth.
Non-Birth Child Relation
Find people recorded as adopted, foster, step, sponsored or another non-birth child relationship.
